POLICIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

• Your dog should always be on a leash.
• You have to present your dog's proof of vaccination upon registration.
• Your animal has to have received all the required vaccinations at least 10 days prior to its stay.
• Feeding is included in the price of the stay.
• Dogs are out in an exercise pen one to two hours per day depending on the weather.
• All animals receive personalized attention, grooming and leash walking. Also, TV or radio is constantly on for diversion.
• Dogs sleep on blankets, washed daily if necessary.
• Your pet will be examined upon arrival for fleas and other parasites to prevent contamination.
• Payment is due upon departure. Cash, cheques, Interac, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• You will receive a personal information sheet on your dog's behaviour during its stay.
• We offer 24-hour-a-day service with the veterinary hospital of Mont-Tremblant.
• Intercom surveillance is on 24 hours a day.
• We ask that you respect the opening hours and agreed arrival and departure times. Please inform us if you think you will be late. A one-day surplus charge will be applied for late departures.
